For personalized recommendations, you’re welcome to contact our team directly before placing an order.


4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit, and other major payment methods as shown at checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors or other inaccuracies.

5. Order Placement and Confirmation

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  • This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including product unavailability or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • KanTire primarily serves customers in the Greater Vancouver and Tri-Cities area, including Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Burnaby, North Vancouver, and Port Moody.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Installation Services

KanTire offers professional tire installation, balancing, rotation, flat tire repair, and tire change services at our Port Coquitlam location (1525 Broadway St #102, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 6P6). Service appointments are subject to availability. By booking a service, you agree to our service-specific terms communicated at the time of booking.

Included Promotions (subject to change):

  • One free tire rotation when we install a full set of tires.
  • Free flat tire repair for one year after the invoice date.

Promotional terms apply to eligible purchases and services as defined at time of sale.


8. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery or purchase.
  • Products must be in new, unused, and unmounted condition with original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Non-returnable items include mounted or installed tires, clearance items, and any products damaged through customer misuse.

9. Warranty and Liability

  • All tires are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Warranty terms vary by brand and product.
  • KanTire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

10. User Accounts

  • You may create an account at kantire.ca/my-account/ to place orders, track purchases, and manage your wishlist and compare lists.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and icons — is the property of KanTire or its licensors and is protected under Canadian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
